Rick Ollie announced Friday that the Crosby-Ironton Public School District will hold three public input sessions as part of an updated strategic planning process: March 24 at the high school at 3:30 p.m.; March 26 at CRES at 3:30 p.m.; and a virtual session March 30 at 6 p.m.
The district is seeking input from parents and the broader community to help draft an updated strategic plan, Ollie said. He encouraged residents to attend the in-person sessions or join the Zoom meeting and noted that online surveys are available to collect additional feedback.
"Our 1st input session is March 24 at the high school, and that will start at 03:30," Ollie said. He added that the Zoom link has been posted on the district website, on social media and in the local newspaper, and that both parent and community surveys are available for those unable to attend in person.
The sessions are intended to gather community priorities and ideas to inform goals and planning decisions for the district. The district asked participants to provide input, guidance and ideas as staff and the board draft the updated plan.
Ollie closed by urging residents to stay engaged in the coming weeks and to use the posted links and surveys to submit feedback if they cannot attend in person.
