• Resolution 2024-18 (1060 Burger Road): The Sewage Enforcement Officer recommended waiving the 100-foot septic isolation-distance requirement for 1060 Burger Road because of lot configuration and slope. The waiver was conditioned on pre-permit and semiannual water testing and on the property owner's execution and recording of an indemnification covenant. Committee member (S4) moved the resolution; the board voted unanimously to adopt it.
Each action was recorded in the meeting transcript and staff were instructed to carry out the necessary follow-up tasks, including ensuring outstanding fees are paid before releasing financial security and preparing any required recorded agreements for the septic waiver.
