At its May 19 meeting the Canaan Select Board approved a set of routine permits, appointments and a lease financing authorization.

The board authorized $114,000 in lease-purchase financing for heavy equipment for the town (motion Wells, Johnston; approved). The minutes do not include vote tallies or financing terms for the lease.
