Board continues lot-line adjustment over frontage concern for 9-2-12 access

Richard Gowen appeared representing the owners of parcels 9-2-16, 9-2-17 and 9-2-12 and described the requested change to the lot lines and the 50-foot access row. Board members said they had no concerns over the principle or intent of the adjustment but noted that the proposal as presented would create frontage issues for one of the affected lots.
Stuart Pitts moved to continue the hearing to April 1 so the frontage issue can be resolved; Tim Scanlon seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board did not rule on the merits of the adjustment at this meeting and left the matter open for additional review on the continued date.
