County staff recommends Martin Docks for War Hill Park pier; bid about $212,500 using SPLOST 7 funds

Commissioners asked about whether the new pier would be covered and about bench and fishing-area details; Payne said the new structure will include benches but may not have a cover. The matter was presented for approval and will be brought forward for award in the voting session or on the consent agenda as appropriate.
