Louisa County Board approves final plat for Yakle’s Acres Subdivision

Attorney Dave Matthews and property owner Tom Yakle asked the board to accept the one-lot final plat for "Yakle’s Acres Subdivision." The resolution, introduced after that request, states the plat conforms to the Louisa County Zoning Administrator’s recommendation, the county Subdivision Ordinance and the county Comprehensive Plan.
The resolution describes Lot 1 as containing 3.76 acres, including 0.25 acres of right-of-way, and notes an attorney’s opinion that there are no delinquent property taxes on the parcel. Supervisor Brad Quigley moved to pass the resolution; Supervisor Chris Ball seconded the motion. The board recorded the action for certification and directed the chairman and county auditor to sign so the document may be recorded with the Recorder of Louisa County.
Randy Griffin, chairman of the board, and Sandi Sturgell, county auditor, attested to the resolution. The board's action formally designates the lot as Yakle’s Acres Subdivision and authorizes recording of the final plat.
The board did not specify conditions beyond those printed on the plat and included in the proprietor’s statement; the resolution states there are no restrictions, covenants or easements affecting the property other than those shown on the plat and proprietor’s statement.
The resolution was marked "Passed and adopted this 2nd day of November 2021."
