Mannington committee: offer accepted for Holladay Farm; $120,000 to be included in budget

No formal vote was recorded on the purchase at the Jan. 3 meeting; the committee directed staff and counsel to prepare an ordinance and include the appropriation in the budget process. Further action will depend on formal adoption of any ordinance and budget approvals.
