River Ridge board approves temporary 'zombie box' for lake aerator after 3-2 split

The motion passed 3-2, with Schultz, Twombly and Keith Merrill voting yes and Terry Mountford and Kurt Blumenthal dissenting.
The board recorded intent to reconsider the full relocation proposal during FY2026 budget discussions. No contract for the Bentley Electric relocation was approved at the meeting.
