River Ridge CDD elects 2025 officers and confirms administrative appointments

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-02 electing the board's officer slate on Nov. 19, 2024. Mrs. Adams presented the resolution and Terry Mountford nominated the slate; the motion, moved by Mountford and seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, carried unanimously.
The action installs Bob Schultz as chair and Terry Mountford as vice chair, and names Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. The board noted that prior administrative appointments remain unchanged: Chesley "Chuck" Adams as secretary; Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer; and Jeff Pinder as assistant treasurer.
The vote formalizes leadership for the coming year and clarifies which staff and officers retain delegated administrative duties. No additional amendments were proposed during the meeting.
