She said township requirements must be met under the Right to Farm Act and that the shoppe would also need approvals for parking, signage and building use; the township’s Zoning Ordinance requires a site‑plan review. Horner explained the agricultural board review process and the transcript records that 'Casey' will explain options to the owners.
The committee did not take final action at the meeting; members identified the permits and reviews required before the shop could expand or change allowed sales. The zoning report also included other items (a statement about Rancho Relaxo, Inc. and its tenant) but the principal zoning action at the April 4 meeting was to flag the Auburn Vineyards/NJABC letter for formal planning and zoning review.
