Mateyk said the selectmen are discussing changes to the town’s pay matrix to add merit and longevity components and asked the library to provide revised job descriptions to support that effort. The trustees scheduled a follow-up meeting for March 31 to review the updated job descriptions.
No changes to positions or pay were adopted at the March 17 meeting; the director’s report was informational and the trustees set the March 31 meeting to continue work on the requested updates.
