With a motion by Grace Olson and a second from Sarah Fox, the board voted unanimously to elect Ginny Blackmer as chair, Sarah Fox as vice chair, Barbara Whetstone as treasurer and Diane Mason as secretary. The vote was recorded as passed unanimously (PUNA) during the meeting called to order at 10:31 a.m.
The board also formally welcomed new trustees Barbara Whetstone and Sarah Fox and new alternates Sandi Gilbert and Caitlin Corbett. The secretary’s minutes from the board’s Feb. 17, 2026 meeting were approved on a subsequent motion by Ginny Blackmer and second by Diane Mason.
The meeting adjourned at 12:40 p.m.; the board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for April 21, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
