Sherman planning commission inspects two accessory‑dwelling permit sites; no votes taken

The Town of Sherman Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a site walk April 20, 2026, to inspect two properties where owners have applied for special permits to create accessory dwellings.

Chair C. Dacunha called the first site walk to order at 5:01 p.m. at 5 Crooked Furrows Road (Map 23, Lot 58), owned by Peter and Jennifer Wolgast. The minutes record a Special Permit application for an 840-square-foot accessory dwelling proposed within the second floor of a new 28-by-30-foot garage at that address.
