Trustee Placher moved to approve the storm-water authority budget and Trustee Adams seconded; the motion carried with seven ayes and no nays. Trustee Placher then moved and Trustee Williams seconded the resolution objecting to foreclosed-property transfers; that motion also passed 7-0.
