Selectman Jim Hoyt opened discussion of routine administrative items March 11, noting the board would review Standard Operating Procedures at a future meeting.
Town Administrator April Rollins summarized suggested administrative edits: SOP #93-003 (use of town computers) — recommend that passwords be kept with department heads for emergencies; #93-004 (town building custodial duties) — change wastebasket removal to once a week; #93-007 (No Smoking policy) — update the referenced RSA and simplify the complaint process; and #03-001 (removal of timber from public road ROWs). The minutes note that Section B3 wording is awkward and could be reworded.
Under old business Rollins reported the amended wetlands permit for Mutton Road had been approved. Chair Hoyt also reported that he and Jen Hoyt will resign from the Old Home Day Committee at the end of the 2026 season. The board approved routine signature items earlier in the meeting, including accounts‑payable and payroll registers and a Fuss & O'Neill 2026 contract.
Next meeting was set for April 1, 2026 at 7 p.m. in Academy Hall.
