Lathrup Village council approves last-minute budget amendment

Michelle, introduced by the chair to present the item, said the amendment reflected a "deep dive into our entire general ledger" and that some construction costs would not produce invoices until July. "So that's what this entails, a little hiccup here and there, couple $100 here per month," she said, adding the council needed a balanced budget because it is required.
