The Sugar Hill Board of Selectmen signed the 2026 Prosecutor Agreement with the Littleton Police Department and addressed several routine items at its Dec. 8 meeting.
Town Administrator Jennifer Gaudette recorded that the board signed the prosecutor agreement “as submitted by Chief Ho-Sing-Loy.” The minutes do not include the contract text, vote tallies, or fiscal details for the agreement.
Selectmen also said they were satisfied with progress to date on the Crane Hill Bridge replacement project. The board asked staff to get an estimate for lighting to illuminate the Meetinghouse exterior and had no objection to the Willing Workers placing a planter at the Meetinghouse in place of window boxes.
Staff reported the office had been contacted about activity on Route 117 for a proposed tower; the company on-site was conducting borings to support a final application. With no further public business, Selectman Chris Ellms moved to adjourn; the meeting ended at 5:31 p.m. The next regular meeting is Monday, Dec. 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the Crapo Building.
