Town Administrator Emily Nolan and grounds manager Moreau provided input on operational considerations. Select Board member Lianne Prentice stressed the Planning Board is updating the Master Plan and asked that Phillips coordinate through the Recreation chapter update to ensure broader community input.
Select Board member Emery Roberts expressed concern about potential multi‑million‑dollar projects that could increase taxes; Nolan reiterated she was offering conceptual material and said any future work would include phases of community input, public listening sessions and Select Board approval before funding or construction decisions. The board made no commitment to fund or proceed beyond recommending coordination with the Planning Board.
