"We got design approval from Metra for the Pulaski water main replacement underneath Rock Island Tracks," Belinda said. She said the agreement will come to one of the upcoming meetings after attorney review.
The engineer did not provide a construction start date at the meeting; board members were told to expect the formal agreement in a future packet once legal review is complete.
