Council voted 6–0 to approve the consent agenda, which included: the List of Claims totaling $780,445.20; award of the Thompson Avenue Drainage Improvement Project 24-6 to Winberg Companies, LLC for $54,310.20; a Facilities System Plan contract awarded to helseM Architects in an amount not to exceed $24,500; and a Public Works Building mill-and-overlay contract awarded to McNamara Contracting, Inc. for $142,656.50. City Manager Nate Burkett had asked to add the McNamara contract to the agenda; Councilmember John Justen moved to add the item and Councilmember Lisa Eng-Sarne seconded the addition, which passed 6–0 before the consent vote.
Council also approved the submission for a regional solicitation grant and routine city business licensing on the consent agenda. The council then adopted Resolution 26-045, approving assessments for 2025–2026 Robert Street sidewalk snow removal; the motion to adopt the resolution was made by Councilmember Doug Fromm and seconded by Councilmember John Justen and passed 6–0.
All motions on the consent agenda and the Robert Street assessment passed without recorded public comment. The meeting record shows no amendments to the listed contract amounts during the session. The council adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
