Chair Ray A. Haupt called the meeting to order with Directors Jess Harris, Ed Valenzuela, Michael N. Kobseff and Nancy Ogren present. County Administrator Angela Davis and Assistant District Counsel Natalie E. Reed attended, and County Clerk and ex-Officio Clerk of the Board Laura Bynum was represented by Deputy County Clerk Wendy Winningham.
Director Michael N. Kobseff moved to approve the minutes of the May 19, 2026 meeting; Director Ed Valenzuela seconded. The motion carried on a roll-call vote with Directors Valenzuela, Ogren, Kobseff, Harris and Haupt voting yes.
There were no public comments during the public comment period. With no further business, Chair Haupt adjourned the meeting.
