- Approve agenda as presented. Motion: Kerns; Second: Steadman. Outcome: carried unanimously. - Approve minutes of Aug. 27, 2024. Motion: Osborn; Second: Kerns. Outcome: carried unanimously. - Accept Secretary’s Report. Motion: Kerns; Second: Osborn. Outcome: carried unanimously. - Order unpaid bills paid and approve those paid. Motion: Osborn; Second: Kerns. Outcome: carried unanimously. - Advertise proposed amendment to the Tenant Registration (allow multiple charges per year for violators who fail to provide required information). Motion: Steadman; Second: Osborn. Outcome: carried unanimously (procedural; advertisement, not adoption). - Approve resolution for tax exoneration on 121 East High in the amount of $5,563.49 (Land Bank purchased the property). Outcome: carried unanimously. - Approve submitting an application for up to $100,000 in CDBG funds for a portion of stormwater repairs in Municipal Lot #1. Motion: Steadman; Second: Osborn. Outcome: carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 P.M.; an executive session (real estate, personnel and contracts) ran from 6:58 P.M. to 7:42 P.M. with no action taken, per the minutes.
