Administrator Tracy Carlson reported the Farmer’s Market survey had received minimal responses and that the Water Filtration Plant bid opening was scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
Police Chief Stan Ridgeway reported that taser training is scheduled and that installation of new squad cameras will occur next week. The minutes note Public Works Director Matt Gilles was not in attendance.
Council approved presented vouchers #31256–31297 in the amount of $93,539.13 on a roll-call vote of five ayes and zero nays. After the voucher approval, Council Member Mark Menke moved and Matt Roesler seconded to adjourn; the meeting adjourned at 6:36 p.m. The minutes record a Public Works Committee meeting and the next regular council meeting scheduled for Feb. 11, 2026.
