At its Dec. 10, 2025 meeting the Durand City Council unanimously approved the consent agenda, which included minutes from a special Nov. 10 meeting, the November budget comparison report, and a bartender license for Rebecca M. Jenkins at the Dollar General.
The council also appointed election inspectors for 2026–2027: Marcia Berger, Cindy Biederman, Linda Elsner, Judy Hartmann, Joan Plumer, Rosan Prissel, Rosanne Reckin, Cynthia Reinhardt, Patricia Seipel and Don Sinz. The consent agenda motion was made by Matt Roesler and seconded by Travis Hooker and carried by unanimous voice vote.
The council approved vouchers #31109–31156 in the amount of $101,752.35 on a motion by Nick Weisenbeck, seconded by LeAnna Kavanaugh. The minutes recorded a roll-call vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays.
