Hearings continued: At the applicant's request the commission voted to continue the public hearing for NOI SE280-0671 (738 Mountain St., garage; representative Brad Holmes, ECR Wetlands) to April 9, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. (motion moved by Jon Wasserman; seconded by Stephen Cremer; roll-call vote 7-0-0). The commission also continued NOI SE280-0669 (Bay Rd./Monarch Ln., Birch Hill II Subdivision; representative Steve Gioiosa, SITEC Eng. & Env. Consulting) to April 9, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. (motion moved by Brad McKeen; seconded by Jon Wasserman; roll-call vote 7-0-0).
Minutes approvals: The commission approved the minutes of Feb. 19, 2026 (motion moved by Jon Wasserman; seconded by Alan Westman; roll-call result recorded as 4 aye, 0 no, 3 abstain) and March 5, 2026 (motion moved by Stephen Cremer; seconded by Brad McKeen; roll-call result recorded as 5 aye, 0 no, 2 abstain). The minutes votes were recorded by roll call.
Adjournment: A motion to adjourn (moved by Stephen Cremer; seconded by Alan Westman) passed by roll call and the meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:48 p.m.
