Treasurer presents February financials; committee recommends approval of payables

Treasurer Cory Hoffmann told the Finance Committee on March 10 that all bank accounts were reconciled for January and February and that there were no late payments or penalties to report.
Hoffmann presented City of Eagle River and Eagle River Golf Course account balances and 2025‑to‑2026 budget comparisons as of Feb. 28, 2026. After review, committee member Dan Dumas moved and Jerry Burkett seconded recommending City Council approval of the presented City and golf course payables; the motion carried on a roll call vote with all voting in favor.
There was no additional monthly update from the Treasurer on the record. The committee adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
