Elk Mound board approves multiple licenses, adopts NIMS resolution and names bank depository

At its May 19 meeting the Board of Trustees approved several business license actions, resolutions and administrative authorizations.
Licenses: The board approved a Cigarette, Tobacco and Electronic Vaping Device Retail License for Azara Hookah Zone LLC; approved Cigarette, Tobacco and Electronic Vaping Device Retail Licenses for Synergy Cooperative - Elk Mound Cenex and for Dolgencorp, LLC; and approved renewal applications for Synergy Cooperative - Elk Mound Cenex and Dolgencorp, LLC. The board also approved operator licenses for Danielle S. Berger, Roxanne K. Gibis, Steven Hildemar Hay, Weston Moschkau, Michelle Lynn Mousel, Yuki Rae Redlin, Logan Dean Schultz and Jenny Ray Yount (Synergy Cooperative - Elk Mound Cenex) and approved an operator license for Katrina Moore (The Pourhouse). Motions and seconds are recorded in the minutes and each license motion carried.
Resolutions and administrative actions: The board passed Resolution 25-2 designating the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as the basis for incident management in the Village of Elk Mound and passed Resolution 25-3 designating Independence State Bank as a village depository. The board also approved Tim Benjamin and Karin Wolf as signers on village accounts.
One item was tabled: the board tabled the Elk Mound Fire District's application for a temporary Class B/Class B retailer's license until the June meeting so the district can submit the correct application.
