Trustee Tim Benjamin moved and Trustee Pat Lien seconded the motion to approve the license and permit transfer for Kat’s Pourhouse/Milovino, LLC; the motion carried. Benjamin and Lien also moved and seconded approvals for operator licenses for Cassandra Shock and for Megan Gilberg; both motions carried.
Trustee Bob Bachman moved and Trustee Joyce Price seconded a motion to deny the operator license application of David Nothacker; the board approved the denial. The minutes do not explain the board’s reasons for the denial or list any conditions attached to the approvals.
