Aberdeen zoning board adopts minutes, memorialization and site plan; carries subdivision to June 24

The Township of Aberdeen Zoning Board met on May 27, 2026, and approved a set of routine actions, including adoption of the April 22 meeting minutes and several application memorializations and approvals.
Thomas Bucco, who presided and led the pledge, moved to adopt the April 22 minutes; Lenny Inzerillo seconded the motion and the board approved the minutes by an "all in favor" vote of eligible members. The board then memorialized V25-009 for Dylan and Chloe Cahill (974 Woodcrest Drive) on a motion by Michael Byock, seconded by Harvey Brenner; that motion also passed by an "all in favor" vote.
The board approved site plan SP25-005 for Roger Mumford Homes at 300 Amboy Ave on a motion from Allison McLeod, seconded by Michael Byock. Separately, subdivision SD25-003 for Keith Jones (21 Mathiasen Ave, Block 264 Lot 4) was carried to the June 24 meeting without further notice after the applicant was unable to appear because the applicant's attorney was recovering from surgery; the carry motion was made by Michael Byock and seconded by Harvey Brenner.
