"Staff is recommending approval of the conditional use permit, to operate indoor recreational facility and golf simulation with conditions," S6 said.
Commissioners moved and seconded the recommendation and approved the permit by voice vote; the public hearing drew no speakers. The chair (S2) opened the hearing, explained the public-comment process and confirmed no online commenters before commissioners closed the hearing without testimony.
