Zoning Officer Matt Shock told council that the Blackhawk Phase-D inspection and maintenance agreement for the detention basin has been signed by the homeowners association; village engineering consultant KEM will verify remaining punch-list items before final subdivision acceptance.
Shock said Miller Farm Section 1 public infrastructure is complete except for the pump station, which is under construction, and that inquiries for individual building permits for 32 homes have begun. Miller Farm Section 2 improvement plans for phases A, B and C have been approved and construction is underway; Section 3A has its first submittal package received. Planning and Zoning had no comments on a submission and KEM comments were relayed to EMH&T.
