Endeavor Board of Review appoints chair, certifies 2025 assessment roll; hears no appeals

Clerk/Treasurer Kristina Irwin called the Endeavor Board of Review to order at 3:30 p.m. on May 14, 2026, recording President Steve Biba, Trustees Kevin Boodry, Al Trimble, Micaila Wagner and Ron Myers, and Village Assessor Jeff Markham as present.

During the opening business, Trustee Ron Myers nominated Al Trimble to serve as chair of the Board of Review; Kevin Boodry seconded the nomination and the motion carried unanimously. Myers then nominated Kevin Boodry to serve as vice-chair; Trimble seconded and that motion also carried unanimously.

Chair Al Trimble examined the 2025 assessment roll and acknowledged Assessor Jeff Markham’s signature. Clerk Irwin declared that Trimble had completed the training required for Board of Review certification.

Procedural motions interrupted the session briefly: Ron Myers moved to recess the Board at 3:45 p.m., seconded by President Steve Biba; the Board reconvened at 5:20 p.m. on a motion by Chair Trimble, seconded by Trustee Boodry. Assessor Jeff Markham reported that no cases were heard during the session, meaning no property assessment appeals were presented to the Board that day.

Chair Trimble called for final adjournment of the Board of Review for 2025 at 5:35 p.m. on May 14, 2026. The minutes were recorded and later signed by Clerk/Treasurer Kristina Irwin; they were submitted on June 15, 2026.

The meeting’s actions consisted largely of internal officer appointments, the formal review and acknowledgment of the 2025 assessment roll, procedural recess/reconvene motions, and a final adjournment. No appeals or case hearings were recorded.
