Dawn Toth moved to approve the minutes of Nov. 11, 2024; Paul Unser seconded and the motion carried on a roll-call vote, the board record shows. Trustee Pam Marson moved to approve an operator27s license for Jordanne Nygaard for the Sandbar; Trustee Dawn Toth seconded and the motion carried. Later in the meeting Trustee Dawn Toth moved and Trustee Jason Severson seconded a motion to approve full payment of the bills as submitted; the motion carried on roll call.
The meeting opened with President Neil Boltik calling the session to order at 7:06 p.m. and confirming compliance with open-meeting-law requirements. No public input was offered during the public-comment period.
The board adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
