Council adopts six-year transportation plan and River District plat; several routine actions pass unanimously

Later in the meeting the council approved Resolution 26-288, the final plat for River District Town Center, second edition, after brief clarification questions about land use and frontage.
Other actions adopted without dissent included a unanimous consent agenda and confirmation of the mayor’s appointment of Catherine Lynn Atkins to the committee for the public safety sales tax ballot measure. Several council procedural motions — including removing an executive session from the agenda and scheduling upcoming workshops — were also adopted by unanimous vote.
