Frederic board approves routine minutes, checks and hears a community transportation update

At its May 12 meeting, the Frederic Village Board approved minutes from April 14 and April 22, 2025 and accepted the April 28 minutes with a noted time change (motion credited to Rob Lillehaug and Brad Harlander). The board also approved the check register covering checks #193841–193889 (motion by Patty Swenson; second Duane Wisse).
During public comment, William Johnson, speaking on behalf of the Friends of the Gandy Dancer, reported that a second trishaw has been delivered and rides will begin at Traditions this week; a pilot training is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, and School Seniors has an event Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
No committee or department-head questions were recorded for the routine business items. The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
