The Frederic Village Board on June 9 approved several routine items including Resolution 06-25, the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR); village officials said the village will follow DNR advice for any necessary updates. The board also approved license renewals for the 2025–2026 licensing year and granted the Lions Club a Temporary Class B Retailer’s License for June 20–22. Motions for these items were made and recorded as carried.
The board approved checks #193890–193941. The meeting minutes record a motion to convene into closed session (roll-call vote: carried) and later to reconvene to open session; no action resulted from the closed session. The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
During the public comment period William Johnson reported that the Cycling Without Age program will start bringing the trishaw to Frederic Nursing and Rehab; that comment was noted by the board.
