Representatives of SPARK, an organization serving children, asked the Frederic Village Board about placing a storage shed on village property at the end of Second Avenue N.
Board members raised questions about liability and whether village insurance would cover a third-party structure. There was board consensus that an alternate location might be preferable. President Amanda Blackmon said she would reach out to SPARK to continue the conversation.
