The board approved the ordinance revision on a roll-call vote of 5–2. Trustees Motte and Cheryl Rosemeyer voted no; the minutes do not list the individual yes votes by name. No immediate enforcement action or penalty schedule was recorded in the minutes; the ordinance language and any enforcement timeline were not included in the meeting minutes and remain to be reviewed in the Planning packet and future minutes.
