Gilman police report 13 new complaints in December; chief highlights successful toy drive and Shop with a Local Hero

Tallier told the board the department recorded 13 new complaints in December. He also described community outreach events: a toy drive run with Dollar General that culminated with distribution to elementary students, and participation in a Shop with a Local Hero event organized with Walmart in Medford in which six Gilman students were selected to shop with an officer. Tallier also noted he exhausted his vacation time for 2024.
The report was submitted in writing as part of the meeting packet; no formal action was taken on the report during the meeting.
