At its Oct. 23 meeting, the Mountainview Medical Center board approved several medical staff reappointments and deferred action on a resolution to support Medicaid expansion pending additional consultation.
The board approved reappointments for Adam Graham, PA-C; Scott Ridgon, APRN; Direct Radiology Providers; William Wilshire, DPM; and Darren Buonocore, MD (listed as Lab Medical Director from Billings Clinic). Shane Sereday moved to approve all reappointments and Tanya Hill seconded; the motion passed.
Staff described a resolution supporting Medicaid expansion and estimated that expansion would be worth about $300,000 to MMC. Directors expressed a desire to consult elected representatives and tabled signing the resolution until the next meeting to allow outreach and further consideration.
There were no public comments. The board then moved into executive session at 4:25 p.m. and adjourned the executive session at 4:27 p.m.
