Winifred mayor swears in Cody Isom as Ward 2 council member

Mayor Shirley Dyer opened the Town of Winifred council meeting at 7 p.m. on Feb. 11, 2025, and administered the oath of office to newly appointed Ward 2 council member Cody Isom.
The swearing-in was followed by roll call and routine business: the council approved the meeting agenda and the minutes of the Jan. 14, 2025 meeting after motions from Council Person Rick Baker and seconds from Council Person Barry Ehlert.
The meeting record shows guests included Krista Ness, Brandon Ewen and Amber Econom. With the new member seated, the council moved on to scheduled business and votes on bills and personnel items later in the evening. The meeting adjourned after those items were completed.
