Sandy Rural Fire annexation into Clackamas Fire District (2026‑008): Muns explained the annexation followed a May ballot measure that dissolved the Sandy Rural Fire District and allowed the Clackamas Fire District to absorb its territory. Staff recommended approval and reported no objections; Commissioner Schroeder moved approval, Commissioner Savas seconded, and the board approved 4–0.
