Owens noted the timeline for contracting and fieldwork will be coordinated with the town's budget calendar; she described the $63,000 figure as the selected vendor's quoted price for a complete statistical revaluation. The vote authorizes town staff to finalize the contract with Vision Government Solutions and begin the revaluation process.
The board did not discuss detailed project milestones during the meeting; staff will present a project schedule to the board in an upcoming session.
