Selectmen approve tax-map contract, appoint fire warden and pass consent agenda

Minutes: Laura Malloy moved and Heather Droesch seconded a motion to approve the minutes from Jan. 12, 2026; the motion carried.
Tax maps: On a motion by Heather Droesch, seconded by Stephan Toth, the Board approved a contract with CAI Technologies for annual tax map maintenance at $2,300 plus $20 for each building added or changed.
Forest Fire Warden: Chief Riley Stanchina asked to be appointed as the Town’s Forest Fire Warden, a position required by New Hampshire law; Paul Stanley moved to appoint Stanchina and Stephan Toth seconded. The Board approved the appointment. Stanchina said he will return to recommend deputy wardens authorized to issue burn permits.
Consent agenda and finances: The Board approved veterans exemptions for three properties, accounts payable totals (2025: $34,719.64; 2026: $1,106,958.85) and payroll items (total payroll $86,804.21) when it passed the consent agenda on a motion by Zack Pike, seconded by Stephan Toth.
Adjournment: Heather Droesch moved to adjourn at 8:08 p.m.; Zack Pike seconded and the motion carried.
