Ferrelview notifies property owner of unpermitted mobile home at 219 Chester

City Administrator April Baxter told the board on March 10 that an unpermitted mobile home remains at 219 Chester Avenue and that a formal ordinance-violation notice was sent March 6, 2026 to the property owner and the owner of a construction trailer on the site.
Baxter said the village has not received correspondence in response to the notice and that she will provide an update when one is available; she said additional action against the property owner, Round 11 LLC, may be pursued if there is no response.
No vote or other enforcement action was recorded at the March 10 meeting. The board directed staff to report back with updates as they become available.
