Lacey, district staff, said the district maintains inventory in Skyward and can export item lists by building; the board attorney reminded trustees that items still on inventory must be declared surplus by the board before being sold.
After debate the board reached consensus to pursue a live auction for selected items and to advertise the Rock Building for sale with an advertised period the board set during the meeting; staff will prepare a surplus list and bring required surplus declarations to the next board packet so auction items may be included.
