Byron council approves WWDC grant application to fund ditch-covering design

Brian Deeter of JUB told the council that the WWDC grant Sidon is pursuing would fund design work that would cover every ditch in the Town of Byron. Deeter said the design work could cost about $50,000 and that the expense “may be fully refunded through the grant.”
