Alderperson Krull moved and Alderperson VanderHeiden seconded approval of the agenda; the motion carried. Krull also moved to approve the Sept. 23 minutes; Alderperson Gerbers seconded and the motion carried. The committee reviewed September finance reports and Alderperson Krull moved to recommend council approve payment of bills; Alderperson Schaumberg seconded and the motion carried. Alderperson Gerbers moved to adjourn, Alderperson Hurkman seconded, and the meeting was adjourned.
