On a motion by Emel, seconded by Patrick, the committee approved processing Farm #1 (Block 1, Lot 40) and Farm #2 (Block 4, Lot 14) for preservation. The roll-call vote recorded Mayor Asay and committee members Patrick and Emel voting yes.
The motion commits the township to pay the described local costs should the preservation process proceed; the minutes do not record final purchase prices, acreage, or closing dates for the properties.
