At the Nov. 19 regular meeting, the River Ridge Community Development District administered the oath of office to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). Mrs. Cleo Adams, acting as a notary, administered the oaths.
The board then considered and adopted Resolution 2025‑02, electing officers as nominated by Supervisor Terry Mountford: Bob Schultz as chair, Terry Mountford as vice chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Mr. Mountford and seconded by Mr. Blumenthal and passed with all supervisors voting in favor.
During administrative reports, Mrs. Adams presented the unaudited financial statements as of Oct. 31, 2024 and reported that the Series 2022A Note will be closed and the associated funds applied to prepay bond debt. The board reviewed required ethics training and Form 1 filing timelines; the annual four‑hour ethics training requirement will be added to the Key Activity Dates list.
The board also approved amendments to the Oct. 22, 2024 meeting minutes and confirmed the next regular meeting date as Dec. 10, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned at the close of the agenda.
